The annual Tri-City Water Follies festival is known for its high-speed hydroplane races along the Columbia River. These hydroplanes barely touch the water, just skimming across the river on an air cushion at incredible speeds. Along with the thrilling races, the event also features air shows, boat displays, food vendors, and family-friendly activities.
