Start your year with a peaceful outing in nature. Join Ranger Gladson for a New Year’s Day hike to Clayton Beach at Larrabee State Park, the first state park in Washington. This newly renovated trail is family-friendly and includes stream bridges, boardwalks over wetlands, and a new pedestrian overpass. Along the way, learn about the park’s flora, fauna, and history. January 1 is also a Discover Pass Free Day, meaning visitors can park and hike in Washington State Parks for free.
