This Washington State Chili Cookoff is on Saturday and Sunday, May 16 and 17, at Ocean Shores Convention Center. Categories include: Traditional Red, Homestyle, Verde, and Vegetarian. Cooks may enter any or all categories. Winners represent Washington State in sanctioned categories at the World Championship Chili Cookoff. In conjunction with Top Tastes of Washington State, this is the first-ever Washington State qualifier for the 2026 World Food Championships.
