Experience one of Western Washington’s most spectacular natural events – the annual winter gathering of thousands of Snow Geese and Trumpeter Swans. Come see why the shores and waters of the Puget Sound surrounding our community are internationally recognized as habitat for countless birds of sea, shore, and land. There will be speakers from the Audubon Society as well as a swan biologist showing presentations at Floyd Norgaard Cultural Center from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., and Snow Goose shuttle bus tours to Fir Island running every 30 minutes.
