For more than 26 years, the Rotary Run was a beloved part of Salmon Days, bringing runners of all ages through the heart of Issaquah as we celebrate the Fall return of the salmon to the Issaquah Creek. After a hiatus since 2019, we’re thrilled to announce the return of the race the weekend before Salmon Days—with a brand new location, a new course, and a fun new twist: a challenge to set the record for the most participants in fish costumes!

The race course begins inside Lake Sammamish State Park, winding along the scenic shores of Lake Sammamish. Runners will enjoy a one-mile stretch along SE 56th Street, before crossing the Issaquah Creek bridge—wave to the salmon as you go!
