Set against the backdrop of Spokane’s vibrant downtown, this premier culinary weekend features tastings, chef-driven dinners, cooking demonstrations, and unforgettable gourmet experiences at the region’s most iconic hotels.

Headlining the festival throughout the weekend is acclaimed Chef Shota Nakajima, celebrated for his inventive Japanese cuisine, appearances on Top Chef and Iron Chef Gauntlet, and recognition as a James Beard Award semifinalist.
