The PNW’s largest spirits tasting is back and we’re going bigger. For Seattle Cocktail Week 2026, we’re transforming all four floors of Pacific Place Mall into a multi-level cocktail playground: Carnival of Cocktails.

Step into a world of hundreds of spirits, from local craft gems to global icons. Your ticket includes 12 tasting tokens for mini cocktails and neat pours (with more available to purchase).

This year, the drinks are just the start. Across four stories of Pacific Place Mall, discover live entertainment, games, pop-ups, and your favorite local bartenders. Best of all? Tickets cost less than previous years, and proceeds benefit Healthy Behind the Bar, supporting your hospitality community.
